Everyone has their own style of communication. For some who have been diagnosed with ADHD, like Cali herself, communication—externally and internally—does not follow social norms. Many of us have a one-lane mental highway when we communicate, allowing us to open a topic, discuss it, and then close it out before we jump into an entirely new subject. Cali’s brain however, usually has something more akin to a six-lane highway. Each road has its own topic, goes in its own direction, and may be just as important as the other five topics. With such a divergent way of communicating, how can we be sure to still have productive, effective, and supportive conversations? Listen in and find out!
